Luis Espinoza, a native of Pittsburgh, has always had a knack for technology. As a kid, he was disassembling and reassembling electronic gadgets, and by his teens, he was building websites. But it wasn't until he moved to San Francisco - the heart of Silicon Valley - that his tech journey truly took off.

Luis serves as the Director of Community, fostering connections and collaborations among the city's tech talent. - Pittsburgh Tech and Entrepreneurial Ecosystem, a community-driven effort to connect and amplify Pittsburgh's tech scene. Luis is an active member, working to make Pittsburgh a top-tier tech destination.
